Ana Botella

I grew up in Callosa D´en Sarrià, where my family runs a restaurant for 60 years, I am the third generation of Casa Marcos, a very humble and traditional house where I have learned practically everything. After passing through London with Dabiz Muñoz or Thailand with Bo-Lan, I chose Valencia for proximity to my roots, and I found the one that is now the opportunity of my life. I am very active in the Dacosta world as director of the Poblet Sala.
